Additionally, you can manually capture files by simply dragging and dropping them from your desktop to the PC Capture Icon. There is also an innovative `Rules Based Capture` feature which allows you to pre-define a set of rules that will trigger the routing of a particular type of document. For example, all faxes from a specified phone number can be transferred into a specific e-Cabinet folder, and the owner alerted to their arrival by email. This ability to specify the conditions that trigger transfer actions gives you complete control over the document capture process.
